Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and clean, offering great views over Loughrigg. The honesty box with some popular drinks was a nice touch. The shower was fabulous, adding an extra bit of luxury to my experience. The location was just perfect, near the center of Ambleside and only a stone's throw away from the village. The dining experience was delightful, with lovely homemade touches and a good selection of vegetarian options. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff. The only downside was the lack of included Wi-Fi, which had to be paid for separately.
The hotel is perfectly located, just on the outskirts of the main part of town, with lovely views of Loughrigg from the dining area. The rooms are spacious and modern, with a super king-sized bed and a good powerful shower, although the 'honesty box' system for popular drinks is a unique touch. The service is attentive, especially from the housekeeping staff. The proximity to the lake and pier makes it easy to access the town center and routes to nearby towns. The dining options offer delicious homemade jams and local produce, but there is a lack of varied vegetarian choices. Overall, the facilities are convenient and well-maintained.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel that offers a lovely view of Loughrigg from the bed and a fantastic shower. The room was very comfortable and had a great bathroom. The location, just on the outskirts of Ambleside, was perfect for exploring the town. The dining experience was delightful with homemade touches, and the facilities were top-notch.
